PUBLIC NOTICE for participation in the Framework Agreement for interest-rate financial incentives by the Municipality of Ragusa for SMEs - Historic Center Redevelopment. Annual 2026.
The Municipality of Ragusa, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 172 of May 19, 2026, and District Decree No. 3198 of June 5, 2026, intends to receive expressions of interest from credit institutions and credit guarantee consortia (Confidi) operating in the area, interested in entering into an agreement to facilitate access to credit for starting businesses in the historic center of Ragusa.
In particular, the Municipality of Ragusa, within the amount of the allocated annual fund, will recognize to each entitled party and in possession of the required requisites, the payment to the selected credit institution in a single installment of the amount of the sum aimed at reducing the interest rate on the loan granted in the amount of 80% of the final interest rate up to a maximum of Euro 3,000.00 (three thousand).
The Administration has allocated a fund of €24,000.00 for 2026 to reduce interest costs on loans granted.
Interested entities, individually or in association, must submit their application and required documentation no later than 12:00 noon on July 8, 2026, via the Ragusa Municipality's "Tutto Gare" portal.
